At Keuka Outlet we take fraud seriously to protect our customers and our small business.

Due to the rising number of fraudulent orders during this time, we have to take extra precautions before shipping orders out.

All orders go through a fraud analysis done by the credit card processing system. If an order is flagged, we will contact through the contact info given during checkout. We will ask that you provide proof that you really are the person getting billed by sending us a picture of the following ID which corresponds with your billing address:

  • Passport; or
  • Driving License
If you do not have any of the above please provide two of the following corresponding with the billing address:
  • Utility bill
  • Tax bill
  • Credit card bill

If we don't receive a picture within 24 hours, for whatever reason, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

We know that this extra step is a hassle, but we ask that you respect the fact that we need this extra information to make sure the order is not fraudulent. If we were to ship a fraudulent order and there is a charge back, we are responsible for refunding the billed person and paying a charge back fee. We have also lost the original shipping cost and the item(s) in the order.
