Shipping policy
Processing times are in addition to shipping times displayed during checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. If your package is returned to us due to a wrong address, you are responsible for the cost to reship to the correct address or we can refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop, 118 Main St. Penn Yan, NY. In-store pickup is available Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 5pm & Saturday 10am - 2pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup, usually within just a few minutes of you placing the order but can take up to 1 business day.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at keukaoutlet@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
