How to track your shipment

1. Find your shipping confirmation email from Keuka Outlet. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
2. Open the tracking link in the email to see the available delivery updates.
3. You can also use the order status link in your order confirmation email to check your order.

No tracking updates yet?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, tracking may not be available. If a tracking number has been added but there are no updates, check again later as the carrier processes your shipment.
